Garrett Stairs, a 6-foot-9 junior, has quit the Hart High boys' basketball team. Stairs plans to transfer to Saugus, according to Hart coach Tom Kelly. ``He just told me he doesn't want to play anymore,'' Kelly said. ``I guess he's not having fun.''
