CHATTER: MINOR HAS MAJOR PLANS AFTER TOUR WITH MAGIC'S ALL-STARS.

When last heard from, Greg Minor Greg Magado Minor (born September 18, 1971 in Sandersville, Georgia) is an American former NBA basketball player.

Having averaged 12.6 points and 5.6 rebounds per game in three seasons at the University of Louisville, Minor was selected by the Los Angeles Clippers as the

At Canyon High, Minor was a shooter first, second and third. Defense wasn't his strong point. On Wednesday, he showed flashes of his old self, hitting numerous outside jump shots and effectively running the point in drills.

But his defense has improved - he's put 20 pounds of muscle on his 6- foot-3 frame - and he has learned plenty from Johnson, especially how to simplify his game.

``Slow down, not make so many moves. A simple pass works,'' Minor said.

Johnson hopes Minor soon will be playing for someone else, either in the NBA or overseas.
