CHATTER: LOCALS ON NATIONAL YOUTH WATER POLO TEAM.Byline: ERIK BOAL Special to the Daily News La Canada High of La Canada Flintridge's Devon Borisoff and Harvard- Westlake of Studio City's Brian Pingree have been selected to the U.S. men's water polo water polo, swimming game encompassing features of soccer, football, basketball, and hockey. The object of the game is to maneuver, by head, feet, or hand, a leather-covered ball 27 to 28 in. national youth team that will play in two international tournaments. Borisoff and Pingree, All-Area first-team selections in 2005, were two of the 15 players selected to compete Aug. 4-6 against Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Italy and Serbia in Zagreb, Croatia, and Aug. 11-13 against France, Germany and Russia in Stuttgart, Germany.
