CHATTER: LITTLEROCK'S WOODS WINDS UP AT FRESNO CC.

Rodney Woods, who lost his football scholarship to Fresno State in January after his conviction on assault charges, has resurfaced at Fresno City College Fresno City College (or FCC) is a city college in Fresno, California. Woods, a two-time All-Daily News selection from Littlerock High, will start at free safety in Fresno's season opener against Laney on Sept. 8, said head coach Tony Caviglia.

``I guess you can call our program 'Second Chance University,' '' Caviglia said. ``A lot of our players have come here after having problems in the past. Rodney's doing great. He started last spring by enrolling in our football PE class and he's been very respectful.'' ...
