Each league champion earns an automatic berth into the City Championship tournament. ``Coaches (from leagues ranked seventh and eighth) have to bring a letter signed by the school principal requesting the switch to the Invitational playoffs, if that is what they want to do,'' Halperin said. ``Otherwise (if they are league champions), they'll play in the City Championship playoffs.'' ...
