CHATTER: FRUSTRATED LITTLEROCK COACH RESIGNS.Byline: Ross Siler Staff Writer After watching four players transfer in his five years at Littlerock High, boys' basketball coach Ben Dale has resigned, citing his displeasure with Southern Section rules on the issue. ``I'm upset at the ease with which students can transfer from one school to another,'' Dale said. ``I'm very much disappointed with the whole situation, and it's started to affect my coaching. ``I need to disappear for a while until things change.''
