Ed Chevalier has resigned after five seasons - and five Tri-Valley League titles - as Oak Park High's boys' basketball coach. His final game was a 59-52 loss to Harvard-Westlake of Studio City last Friday night in a Southern Section Div. III-A semifinal.

Chevalier, who previously coached 18 seasons at Thousand Oaks Thousand Oaks, residential city (1990 pop. 104,352), Ventura co., S Calif., in a farm area; inc. 1964.
