The victory ended a sterling season in which the Chancellors suffered just one tie and fell behind in only three games. It was Chatsworth's sixth City title in the last eight years - and maybe its best team.

"We've had a lot of talented young women," coach Jack Sidwell said. "But this team is by far the best because everyone we put on the field is exceptionally strong."
