The center's Cornerstone program has grown dramatically since it opened on Oxnard Street. ``They got so big, they took over the whole building,'' he said, chuckling. ``I had to move out.'' He continues to rent space to the center at the site. Titizian has also built or refurbished 10 Van Nuys residences for the center where people can live while they're getting their lives back in order. He also purchased a 40-room hotel recently and is refurbishing it for residential use by the center. Titizian retired from the flooring business last year, but continues doing construction work.
