CHARTER BANCSHARES ANNOUNCES 17% INCREASE IN QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND.HOUSTON, TEXAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 3, 1995--Charter Bancshares, Inc. The dividend will be payable April 17, 1995, to common shareholders of record on April 4, 1995.
