EMR(XP) is rich in features and provides a Cumulative Patient Profile (CPP cpp - C preprocessor. ) display of patient chart data, with multiple selectable Categories, enabling all pertinent information to be viewed on the Physician's screen at one time. Physicians have the unique capability to sign-off lab results and read/reply to messages from other Physicians and Office Staff at any time while doing other work on their PC. Enhanced image import and viewing, lab results graphing and growth chart display are among the newly released features. CHARTCARE's existing Customers using their Electronic Medical Records software will be updated to this latest release with no additional charge.
