CHARLIE'S ANGELS WHICH ANGEL ARE YOU?

By now, almost everyone knows about Charlie's Angels--one of the hottest upcoming chix flix this fall. But what we bet you didn't know is when Drew Barrymore was still in diapers, Charlie's Angels was a TV show that was as campy as it was glamourous. In September 1976, ABC debuted the adventures of three gorgeous detectives. Charlie's Angels featured Jill Munroe (played by Farrah Fawcett), Sabrina Duncan (Kate Jackson), Kelly Garrett (Jaclyn Smith) and, one year later, Jill's little sis Kris (Cheryl Ladd). The gals teamed up and went undercover to solve super-exciting cases. These heavenly Angels, as they were known, worked for private investigator Charlie, who was never seen onscreen--only heard. And the Angels always had Bosley (David Doyle), their good pal and co-sleuth, to help pull them through in a pinch.

Back in the day, Charlie's Angels was such a big hit that 50 percent of all TV sets in America tuned in every week. Feel like you missed your chance? Fear not! The cable channel TV Land is giving you the chance to catch up on all the groovy episodes by rerunning them in October (check local listings for exact times in your area). TV Land has also put together a fun behind-the-scenes special, TV Land: Inside Charlie's Angels, debuting Oct. 9.

The movie plot has been well guarded but we know this much Rich businessman Eric Knox is kidnapped from his billion-dollar company Knox Technologies Charlie puts the Angels hot on Knoxs trail, hoping they can rescue him and save Knox Technologies It's not long before the girls are busting out the martial arts moves, high-tech equipment and their beauty and smarts to save the day.

It's also been reported that the movie has a female villain played by Kely Lynch Drew who's also producing the movie offered the role to her good bud Courtney Love Courtney says she turned it down through so her daughter Frances, 8, would not have to watch Mom do battle on-screen with the girls own godmother Yep, Drew!

Drew also wanted the movie to be gun-free. So all the girls spent many pre-filming hours doing intense workouts to get those killer martial arts kicks.

One thing that hasn't changed? The Angels still have super style. It history repeats itself look out for wanna-bes in hip huggers and crop tops!
