Associates, Ryan-McGinn, Ryan-McGinn-Samples Research and Motion Masters today announced an affiliation with Handley Miller of Indianapolis.
 Handley Miller is an advertising agency with a 31-year history, that was originally founded by Harold W. Handley, former governor of Indiana, and long-time ad agency owner Richard N. Miller.
 "The formation of this unique affiliation enables all five companies to establish a market from Washington, D.C., to Indianapolis, a corridor representing a major market share of the Eastern and Midwestern United States," Charles Ryan, president, Charles Ryan Associates, said.
 Ryan was joined in the announcement by Dick Kreusser, president, Handley Miller, who said, "As an advertising agency, it is the intent of Handley Miller to make available a wide range of communications services that will supply clients the opportunity to fully customize marketing in both full-scale and niche approaches to campaigns and issues in Indiana, the region and nationally.  Patrick Gallagher, executive vice president of Charles Ryan Associates, will direct the Indiana expansion from the Charleston office.
