CHARGES FILED AFTER ANIMALS KILLED IN FIRE.

BURBANK - Burbank has filed charges alleging that a man whose 20 cats, two dogs and a cage full of guinea pigs guinea pig (gĭn`ē), domesticated form of the cavy, Cavia porcellus, a South American rodent.
