CHANGE OVERDUE.THE mother of a 13-year-old schoolgirl raped by a stranger who forced his way into her home five years ago welcomed a change in the way courts deal with sex crime victims. The Glasgow mum, 52, said: "Any change has got to be for the better as the system has treated rape victims unfairly for years.
