CHAMPIONSHIP AUTO RACING TEAMS TO MAKE MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT WEDNESDAY
 Championship Auto Racing Teams Inc. Chairman and CEO William Stokkan will announce a new "brand name" and logo for the series during his annual state of the sport address at The Ritz-Carlton, Dearborn.
 The announcement, part of Championship Auto Racing Teams' pre-season business meetings, will begin promptly at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19, and will be followed by a question-and-answer session for the media.
 Championship Auto Racing Teams Inc. is the sports and entertainment organization that governs the PPG Indy Car World Series. In 1991, Indy Car racing had its most successful season to date, achieving new records for competition, television audiences, on-site attendance and prize money distributed to drivers and teams.
