PARSIPPANY, N.J. -- To continue its groundbreaking growth, China America Cooperative Automotive, Inc (CHAMCO AUTO), the leading importer and distributor of Chinese vehicles into the U.S., Canada and Mexico, is inviting Chinese auto manufacturers to utilize the company's unique range of services to bring additional car models into the North American marketplace. In late 2008, CHAMCO AUTO plans to be the first to import fully compliant Chinese-assembled vehicles into North America.

A Wide Range of Services

For its automotive partners, CHAMCO AUTO manages all matters related to import and distribution, including sales and advertising, branding and marketing, transportation, service, parts and warranty processing and information technology. Dealerships, Assembly Facilities and Electric Cars

In preparation for the 2008 arrival from China, CHAMCO AUTO is actively developing a network of 550 dealerships throughout North America where a complete line of Chinese autos from multiple manufacturers will be sold. The independent dealer network is being managed by former Chief Operating Officer of Audi NA, Tom Del Franco. Plans are also underway for assembly facilities in Mexico, Canada and the U.S. that will allow for a steady stream of vehicles into the North American market. Through Green Motors, another CHAMCO AUTO subsidiary being led by electric car pioneer Dan Russo, fully electric versions of current Chinese vehicles will be produced for all Chinese manufacturers.
