Seymour Goldberg,Chamberlain's attorney and friend for 40 years, confirmed that the 63-year-old Chamberlain, found dead Monday at his home in Bel-Air, died of heart failure. Chamberlain was hospitalized in 1992 with an irregular heartbeat and experienced heart problems off and on. Goldberg said Chamberlain's health had deteriorated in recent weeks as doctors drained his legs of fluid that had accumulated because of his heart trouble. Funeral services will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday at the City of Angels Church of Religious Science, 5550 Grosvenor Blvd. in West Los Angeles.
