San Diego includes the unincorporated communities of La Jolla and Spring Valley. Coronado is across the bay. . This year's theme, ``A New Generation - Creating Opportunities, Access & Wealth,'' describes the goals and visions of what the CHCC CHCC Cooperative Health Care Clinic CHCC Coalition for Healthier Cities and Communities CHCC Chattahoochee Hills County Club (Georgia) hopes to accomplish through the workshops, sessions, meetings and events during the course of the four-day convention.
