Organizers of the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce's 39th annual installation and awards ceremony promise it won't be business as usual on Saturday. ``We wanted to treat it like the Academy Awards,'' said Chamber past president Sally Grant. ``It's going to be really different this year. It's going to be exciting. We work so hard during the year, we just wanted to make it extra special.'' Bender said the chamber worked hard to make this year's ceremony unique.
