The Santa Clarita Valley The Santa Clarita Valley is the valley of the Santa Clara River in Southern California. It stretches through Los Angeles County and Ventura County. Its main population center is the city of Santa Clarita. The valley was part of the 48,612-acre (19,672.  Chamber of Commerce, merchants, residents and local civic groups will celebrating ``Noel to Newhall'' - a tribute to revitalizing Newhall during the holidays.

The chamber is inviting businesses and others to buy advertising in a program book that will highlight all the special events and activities taking place during the coming days. This guide will be available in Newhall businesses, at the city community center, the Santa Clarita Valley Boys & Girls Club Girls Club is a 2002 American television series created by David E. Kelley, who was also it's producer and executive producer. Only two out of a total of thirteen episodes created were broadcast on Fox Television in the United States and Global Television in Canada. , the Chamber of Commerce and numerous other locations. Monday is the deadline to reserve space in the program for your ad, and copy must be received by Nov. 3.

  • Walnut Street (Philadelphia)
Walnut Street may also refer to:

 Block Party with displays from local artists, entertainment including Santa Claus Santa Claus: see Nicholas, Saint.

 and adjacent shopping center (Valencia National Bank, Smart & Final) sidewalk sale with displays, booths, entertainment (carolers, Santa Claus, etc.) refreshments.

Dec. 21: Snow Party and Pet Parade. The Pet Parade will end at Hart Park where the ``Blessing of the Animals'' will take place. The Snow Party (yes, it will be snowing in Hart Park) will be a special treat for children of all ages.

Dec. 23: Doo Dah Parade The Doo Dah Parade is a popular farcical and flamboyant parade held in Pasadena, California on the Sunday before Thanksgiving. Founded in 1976 as a response to the traditional formality of the Rose Parade, which is also held in Pasadena, the Doo Dah Parade features absurd parade  and carolers (details and location to be determined).

In addition, the Santa Clarita Valley Civic Association has a series of special events planned throughout this period that will focus special attention on the Newhall area. Included in their efforts will be a very special De Las Posadas Posadas (pōsä`thäs), city (1991 pop. 211,297), capital of Misiones prov., NE Argentina, a port on the upper Paraná River. Its industries include woodworking and metallurgy.  procession and holiday party Dec. 20.

Special events also will be planned for Hanukkah, which will begin Dec. 24.

There also will be a decorating contest designed to encourage merchants to decorate their stores and shopping centers during this period. Prizes will be awarded to those who participate.
