Chamber of Commerce, merchants, residents and local civic groups will celebrating ``Noel to Newhall'' - a tribute to revitalizing Newhall during the holidays. The chamber is inviting businesses and others to buy advertising in a program book that will highlight all the special events and activities taking place during the coming days. Founded in 1976 as a response to the traditional formality of the Rose Parade, which is also held in Pasadena, the Doo Dah Parade features absurd parade and carolers (details and location to be determined). In addition, the Santa Clarita Valley Civic Association has a series of special events planned throughout this period that will focus special attention on the Newhall area.
