CHAMBER GROUP ELECTS CHAIRMAN.

J. Richard Leyner was elected chairman of the United Chambers of Commerce of the San Fernando Valley San Fernando Valley

Valley, southern California, U.S. Northwest of central Los Angeles, the valley is bounded by the San Gabriel, Santa Susana, and Santa Monica mountains and the Simi Hills.
 for the year 2000 on Wednesday.

He will take office Jan. 1. Leyner, a senior vice president of Capital Commercial Real Estate Services, also served in the past as the director of governmental affairs, vice-chairman and fund development for the UCCSFV. Leyner is a past president of the Encino Chamber of Commerce, a board member of the Economic Alliance and a charter member of Valley VOTE.
