 patients who need supplemental oxygen, today announced the signing of a new contract to supply a large national homecare provider based in California with OXYMATIC(R) electronic oxygen conservers for the next two years.

This provider has over 325 branches throughout the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area.  servicing the home oxygen market.

Thomas E. Jones, Chief Executive Officer, said today: "We are pleased to enter into this relationship as a shared primary vendor and that this customer has selected the OXYMATIC conserver for their home oxygen patients. This new relationship demonstrates CHAD's leadership in bringing state-of-the-art technology to the home oxygen market and will enhance our ongoing effort to regain market share in the conserver market. In our 2000 Annual Report we outlined our strategy to recover market share in this area. The culmination of this contract represents further progress towards that goal in the current fiscal year."

Jones also indicated CHAD currently plans to begin initial shipments of OXYMATIC conservers to this customer in May 2001.
