The CYPRESS conserver is the newest addition to CHAD's line of conservers and represents the first non-electronic conserver offered by the Company.

Thomas E. Jones, Chief Executive Officer, said today, "The introduction of the CYPRESS conserver is the latest in a series of product innovations designed to expand our oxygen conserving device product line and create the widest choice in conservers for homecare providers and their patients. Jones indicated CHAD currently plans to begin initial shipments of the CYPRESS conserver in July 2002.
