CGN Marketing & Creative Services Names Dec New President/CEO and Connell Co-Creative Director.

CGN is announcing two major management promotions. Ken Dec has been named President/CEO and Mike Connell Co-Creative Director at the Boston firm.

"It's a natural next step in the agency's maturity and a reward for the great work they've done in contributing to CGN's growth" said agency founder Ben Godley who becomes Chairman.

Dec joined CGN in 1997 from Hill, Holliday, and has been primarily focused on new business development, strategic consulting and product development, becoming the agency's Chief Marketing Officer in late 1998. "I'm looking forward to working with a very strong management team to continue to build upon the financial, creative and strategic growth CGN has made."

Mike Connell joined CGN in 1996 from Arnold and according to co-founder and Executive Creative Director Paul Norwood, "Mike has been instrumental in elevating the quality of the creative work, enhancing our client relationships and in managing the development of our creative group."
