CGI Holding Corporation Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire WorldMall.com.

: CGIH), (http://cgiholding.com), announced today that they have signed a letter of intent to acquire Raleigh based WorldMall, Inc., owners and operators of WorldMall.com.

The non-binding letter of intent is subject to confirmation of an independent evaluation of WorldMall and other due diligence Research; analysis; your homework. This term has caught on in all industries, because it sounds so "wired." Who would want to do analysis or research when they can do due diligence. See wired.  requirements. It is anticipated that if a definitive agreement is signed the acquisition of WorldMall, Inc. will be completed by an exchange of shares and is expected to close early in the first quarter of 2001. Further details of the transaction will be disclosed at that time.
