CGI Holding Corporation Selects Blackman Kallick Bartelstein LLP as New Independent Auditors.

LAKE BLUFF, Ill. -- CGI Holding Corporation (OTCBB: CGIH) ("the Company") today announced that it has engaged Blackman Kallick Bartelstein LLP to serve as the Company's new independent auditors, effective immediately. Blackman Kallick Bartelstein LLP, the tenth largest accounting and consulting firm in the Chicago metropolitan area, replaces Poulos & Bayer as the Company's independent certified public accountants.

Founded in 1962, Blackman Kallick Bartelstein LLP 's more than 200 employees serve publicly traded and closely held companies conducting business in local, regional and national markets, as well as those with multi-national operations, alliances and customers.

The selection of Blackman Kallick Bartelstein LLP follows the recent hiring by the Company's WebSourced, Inc subsidiary of Jody Brown as its new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Brown was formerly a partner in Poulos & Bayer, the Company's previous independent auditing firm. Due to Mr. Brown's hiring, in accordance with Section 10A of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended by Section 206 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, Poulos & Bayer withdrew from serving as the Company's independent auditors.
