CGI Holding Corporation's Common Stock Approved for Listing on the American Stock Exchange under the Trading Symbol THK.

LAKE BLUFF, Ill. -- Company Will Seek to Change Name to Think Partnership Inc.

CGI Holding Corporation (OTCBB: CGIH) (the "Company") today announced that the Company's common stock has been approved for listing on the American Stock Exchange (the "Amex") under the trading symbol THK. The Company's common stock is currently traded on the Nasdaq Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board under the trading symbol CGIH. The exact date that trading will begin on the Amex will be announced shortly. The Company also announced that it intends to seek shareholder approval to change the name of the Company to Think Partnership Inc. The new name is the product of an extensive branding campaign launched by one of the Company's most recent acquisitions, MarketSmart Advertising of Raleigh, NC, and reflects the Company's vision of a collaborative partnership of world-class companies with expertise in online and traditional advertising, marketing and communications.
