CGI Announces Closing Of MCM Technology Acquisition.

MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 26, 1999--

CGI announced today that it has completed the acquisition of New Brunswick-based MCM Technology. MCM Technology gained a reputation for its leading edge component-based development (CBD) expertise, among others. With this transaction, CGI now has five offices and 200 professionals in Eastern Canada.
