CFS International Inc. - Company Update.

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 27, 1996--CFS INT'L INC. (VSE:CFY) CFS International Inc. announces that subject to the regulatory approval by the Vancouver Stock Exchange, and the approval by the shareholders of the Corporation at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held in late August this year, the Board of Directors of the Corporation has approved an incentive stock option plan to directors, officers and employees of the Corporation and its subsidiaries. Under this plan, options to purchase seven-hundred-thousand (700,000) treasury shares of the Corporation within six years at an option price of $0.25 per share, have been tentatively granted to certain directors, officers and employees of the Corporation and its subsidiaries.

The purpose of such a plan is to develop the interest of such directors, officers and employees in the growth and development of the Corporation by providing them with the opportunity, through share options, to acquire a proprietary interest in the Corporation.
