) announces that the consolidated net earnings of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2004 were $4,968,655, or $0.14 per share, as compared to $23,965,088, or $0.65 per share, for the year 2003. Consolidated sales increased by 12.2% to $113.9 million in 2004, compared with $101.5 million in 2003.
