Susan DelBene Brings Multi-Site Healthcare Expertise To

High-Growth Satellite Divisions -- Satellite Laboratory Services

Satellite Healthcare, Inc. today announced the appointment of Susan Del Bene as the new Vice President of Finance for the 638-person company specializing in the treatment of kidney and kidney-related disorders.

Del Bene, a thirteen-year veteran of healthcare services, most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of CRC (Cyclical Redundancy Checking) An error checking technique used to ensure the accuracy of transmitting digital data. The transmitted messages are divided into predetermined lengths which, used as dividends, are divided by a fixed divisor.  Health Corporation of San Jose, CA., which offers behavioral healthcare services nationally. Del Bene also was the Chief Financial Officer for the CEDU CEDU [not an acronym] See and Do (organization based on concept that children see and do)  Family of Services in Monterey, CA. and the former controller at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in San Francisco, CA.

In addition to her experiences in the healthcare industry, Del Bene was a systems consultant with American Management Systems American Management Systems (previous NASDAQ symbol: AMSY) was founded in 1970 as a technology and management consulting firm. It was founded by a group of five former United States Department of Defense officials who worked under Robert McNamara in the Kennedy and Johnson  in various industries. Del Bene is a CPA (Computer Press Association, Landing, NJ) An earlier membership organization founded in 1983 that promoted excellence in computer journalism. Its annual awards honored outstanding examples in print, broadcast and electronic media. The CPA disbanded in 2000. , holds a BS in Accounting from Sacred Heart University Anthony J. Cernera, Ph.D., has been president of Sacred Heart University for 18 years.

Sacred Heart University is known for its strong musical roots, and is well known for the Pioneer Bands. SHU is the second largest Catholic university in New England.
 in Fairfield, CT., and has completed master's work in Information Systems from Regis University and Taxation from Golden Gate University.
