CFM Technologies files registration statement for initial public offering of 2,200,000 shares of common stock.

Primarily residential, West Chester was long the trade and processing center for an agricultural region that is now mainly suburbs. , Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 22, 1996--CFM Technologies, Inc. announced today that it has filed an amended registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission covering a proposed initial public offering of 2,200,000 shares of common stock to be managed by PaineWebber Incorporated, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation and Montgomery Securities. The company plans to list the common stock on The Nasdaq Stock Market Nasdaq stock market

Of the 2,200,000 shares being offered, 1,760,000 are being offered in the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area.  and 440,000 are being offered in a concurrent international offering outside the United States and Canada. Of the 2,200,000 shares being offered, 2,138,461 will be sold by the company and 61,539 will be sold by certain shareholders.

In addition, the company has granted to the underwriters an option to purchase up to an aggregate of 330,000 additional shares for the purpose of covering overallotments, if any. The company anticipates that the initial public offering price will be between $13.00 and $15.00 per share. The company plans to use the net proceeds Net Proceeds
