CFM Majestic Inc. Announces Resignation Of Chief Financial Officer.

CFM Majestic Inc. (TSE:CFM.) (the "Company") announced today that George Czubak has resigned his position as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company in order to pursue other opportunities.

Mr. Czubak's duties and responsibilities will be assumed by James Lutes, the Company's President and Chief Operating Officer, on an interim basis. Mr. Lutes is a chartered accountant and prior to joining the Company was a partner at Ernst & Young.
