WHAT: The Central Florida Innovation Corporation (CFIC)
presents Innovation Florida 2003 - Early Stage Capital
Raising Conference, sponsored by Akerman Senterfitt,
American Venture Magazine, Business Wire, and the
University of Central Florida (UCF) Technology Incubator.

Venture Forum.
Innovation Florida 2003 is an annual, statewide early
stage capital conference that connects Florida's hottest
private technology companies with leading investors,
venture capitalists and financiers for an exclusive
financial and business development event. Over the past
seven years, former presenters of the conference have been
successful in raising over $130 million. This year's
Venture Capital Conference will showcase promising
high-growth technology companies throughout the state of
Florida seeking "first outside money" or first round
financing.

recruitment and selection of presenting companies. Log

DETAILS: CFIC is interested in startups and existing companies who
are seeking "first outside" equity financing. Candidate
companies must be technology-based, headquartered in
Florida, be capable of achieving $25 million in revenue
after five years of growth and the company must have a
minimum of $250,000 in prior investment or cash flow.
