CFI Executes Letter of Intent to Acquire RJ Systems Inc.; Creators of the Genesis Technology for Rapid Application Development Will Become Part of the CFI Team.

CFI Mortgage, Inc. (OTCBB:CFIM) announced today that it has executed a Letter of Intent to acquire RJ Systems Inc., the creators of OrganizeIt!, PublishIt! and the Genesis technology tools for rapid application development. The acquisition will include all of the proprietary products of RJ Systems Inc.

Working with Surfside Software Systems, a subsidiary of CFI Mortgage, Inc., these technologies were successfully used in the recently released TranWare WinLimo Transportation Software System. All future products released by Surfside Software Systems will incorporate the Genesis technology. This will deliver applications that have consistent behavior, significantly easing training and support for related applications.

RJ Systems has a history of developing products that anticipate user needs. OrganizeIt! meets the needs of creators of business applications as well as e-commerce and other business-to-business web implementations to collect and manage the diverse information related to the development process.
