CFI Executes Letter of Intent to Acquire RJ Systems Inc.; Creators of the Genesis Technology for Rapid Application Development Will Become Part of the CFI Team.

) announced today that it has executed a Letter of Intent to acquire RJ Systems Inc., the creators of OrganizeIt!, PublishIt! and the Genesis technology tools for rapid application development. The acquisition will include all of the proprietary products of RJ Systems Inc.

The three key members of the RJ Systems Inc. Architectural Development Team have a reputation for industry innovation and combined experience of over 75 years of application development and support. At CFI, they will continue the development and management of their robust pipeline of products. E-commerce can apply to purchases made through the Web or to business-to-business activities such as inventory transfers.  and other business-to-business web implementations to collect and manage the diverse information related to the development process. OrganizeIt! is integrated with the RJ Systems Inc. LockIt! and LockIt! Manager tools to provide a complete end-to-end software license management tool for the sale, lease or rental of any application and its features. Going beyond traditional printing and viewing, PublishIt! technologies are available in several versions for different implementations and provides a consistent interface for data publishing. OrganizeIt!, LockIt!, LockIt! Manager and PublishIt! will be released into the distribution channel in the third and fourth quarters of 2000.

With background in the accounting software markets spanning more than two decades, RJ Systems Inc. will release the new version of its Account Manager (GL, AP, AR, PR, IV) software in the third quarter of 2000. This much-anticipated release provides integration with all Genesis-built products. There are currently in excess of one hundred system users.
