CFC to Host Conference Calls on Fiscal Year End 2003 Financial Results.

National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation ("CFC") announced today that it would hold investor conference calls during which Steven Lilly, Chief Financial Officer, will present an overview of CFC's fiscal year end 2003 financial results to be followed by a question and answer sessions. CFC will present the same information in two calls in order to accommodate investors in multiple time zones. The first call is scheduled for September 4, 2003 at 6:30p.m. EST  and the second call is scheduled for September 5, 2003 at 10:00a.m. EST.
