Robert C. Liuzzi, president and chief executive officer of CF Industries Inc. announces his retirement effective on June 30, 2003. The CF Industries' Board of Directors names Stephen R. Wilson as interim president and chief executive officer. Wilson, currently senior vice president and chief financial officer, will assume his new responsibilities July 1, 2003. "We are extremely grateful for the leadership that Bob Liuzzi has provided CF over his 18 years of service as president and chief executive officer and wish Bob the very best in his retirement.
