) by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District. CET will be a subcontractor to the Stone and Webster Environmental Technology and Services' Denver, Colorado office. CET expects to perform 9 percent of the contract, up to $27 million. Under this 10- year contract (base four years with 2 three year options), CET will provide environmental support (remediation actions) at hazardous waste sites primarily within the military/civil Missouri River Division boundary, which includes Nebraska, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.

This contract was awarded to the team based on technical excellence and hazardous waste remediation experience. This contract represents the second major contract with the Omaha Corps as CET also was awarded the prime contract for the $25 million Preplaced Remedial Action Contract (PRAC PRAC Practice

) in the fourth quarter of 1995. The contract will consist of work at military and other government installations and will require the implementation of a variety of traditional and innovative cleanup technologies. Mr. George Krauter, Program Manager for Stone and Webster, commented, "CET will play a critical role in the performance of this contract. Their role in securing the award and their outstanding field remediation expertise are valuable assets to both Stone and Webster and to the Army Corps of Engineers."
