CEREMONY PLANNED FOR 9-11 VICTIMS `TIME TO REMEMBER' TRIBUTE TO RECOGNIZE NATION'S HEROES.Byline: Susan Abram Staff Writer BURBANK - In observance of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorism attacks, those who died and the heroes who emerged from the tragedy will be remembered during a special public ceremony next month. ``A Time to Remember'' will be held at 7 a.m. Sept. 11 at the Burbank Fire and Police headquarters, 200 N. Third St., and include a tolling of bells, a moment of silence, the laying of four wreaths and patriotic music. ``We believe it is important to observe this day that has changed the course of our nation's history,'' said Burbank Mayor Stacey Murphy. ``The morning's events will provide time for reflection as well as a recognition of the heroes that have emerged over the past two years.''
