WHAT:   The largest annual horizontal telecommunications show in North
        America - GLOBALCOMM(TM) 2006 - will feature 12 major C-Suite
        executives from some of the world's most influential
        telecommunications organizations. Top executives from AT&T,
        Lucent, Nortel, Research in Motion, Siemens, Tellabs, British
        Telecom, Cox Communications, France Telecom, Hong Kong
        Broadband, Orange Telecom, the Federal Communications
        Commission and the Telecommunications Industry Association
        (TIA) are scheduled to attend.

        Executives will address major trends in the telecommunications
        industry at different keynote addresses and one super panel of

        GLOBALCOMM(TM) 2006 will feature more than 500 exhibiting
