CEO of Worldwide Manufacturing Agrees to Fund Company with up to One Million Dollars.

SAN BRUNO, Calif. -- Worldwide Manufacturing USA, Inc. ("Worldwide") (OTCBB:WMFG) today announced that Jimmy Wang, CEO of Worldwide will fund Worldwide for up to one million dollars to assist the growth and development of the recent new acquisition of Chengde Science & Technology Co., Ltd., ("Chengde"). The Chengde factory in Changchun City, China has received over $4.6 million in recent orders for automobile air conditioning units from two of the biggest automobile manufactures in China.

"We continue to receive many orders for air-conditioning units from our new factory and the acquisition is exceeding our expectations in terms of sales and profit, and we are expecting a record year for overall revenue growth at Worldwide," said Wang. "This capital infusion comes at a critical time in the overall growth and I want to show the investment community the confidence I have in Worldwide and our new acquisition," he added.

Worldwide is headquartered in San Bruno, California, and its two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Shanghai Intech Electro Mechanical Products, and Chengde Science & Technology Co., Ltd., are located in Shanghai, China, and Changchun City, China, respectively.
