(1963) and Ph.D. degrees (1969) from the MIT Sloan School of Management and then taught on the faculties of the Massachusetts , John established, developed and managed all functional areas of the business, including sales, marketing, support, product development and was responsible for over 500 people based in offices in London, Paris, Munich and Madrid.
