This shopping centre will be expanded by 100,000 square feet to include a new 80,000 square foot Zellers department store as a third anchor. The expansion which is expected to be completed in late summer 1995 will significantly increase the shopping centre's regional draw. This property, which was under contract to Hammerson Canada Inc., was acquired from Sifton Properties Limited of London, Ontario.
