CENTREFUND REALTY CORPORATION ANNOUNCED THE ACQUISITION OF THE TILLSONBURG TOWN CENTRE.

:CFE) Centrefund Realty Corporation announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the 150,000 square foot Tillsonburg Town Centre currently anchored by a Canadian Tire store and a Loeb food supermarket. This shopping centre will be expanded by 100,000 square feet to include a new 80,000 square foot Zellers department store as a third anchor. The expansion which is expected to be completed in late summer 1995 will significantly increase the shopping centre's regional draw. This property, which was under contract to Hammerson Canada Inc., was acquired from Sifton Properties Limited of London, Ontario.

The equity component of the acquisition, as well as the cost of the expansion will be financed from the Company's undrawn un·draw
