CENTENNIAL TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF URI LEVY TO THE POSITION OF PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY.

BILLERICA, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--February 7, 1995--CENTENNIAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (ASE:CTN, CTNW) announced today that Uri Levy, CENTENNIAL's chief operating officer, has been appointed as its president.

Levy joined CENTENNIAL in August 1994 as its chief operating officer. Prior to joining CENTENNIAL, Levy was president and chief operating officer of ACOM Computer Inc. in Southern California.

Emanuel Pinez, chairman and chief executive officer of CENTENNIAL, formerly held the position of president.
