:CX) announced today that the legal name of its Spanish subsidiary, formerly known as Compania Valencia de Cementos Portland S Portland, town, England
Portland, town (1991 pop. 12,945), Dorset, S England. It is on the Isle of Portland, a small rocky peninsula. Portland stone has been used in St. Paul's Cathedral and other important London buildings. Lobsters and crabs are harvested.

The Board of Directors approved this decision during Compania Valencia de Cementos Portland S.A. shareholders meeting, held today.

Along with the new legal name, CEMEX Espana will have a renewed graphic identity, including its logo.

This decision coincides with CEMEX's tenth anniversary in Spain, and it is the completion of a three-year long corporate identity strategy to integrate all of its global operations Global Operations is a first-person shooter computer game developed by Barking Dog Studios and published by both Crave Entertainment and Electronic Arts. It was released in March of 2002, following its public multiplayer beta version which contained only the Quebec map.  under the same brand, as well as to foster a common culture among its employees all over the world.

As of today, these three business units will be known as CEMEX Hormigon, CEMEX Morteros and CEMEX Aridos.
