CELLPRO AND CORANGE CONCLUDE COLLABORATION.


SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 31, 1995--CellPro Inc. (Nasdaq:CPRO CPRO Columbia Pike Revitalization Organization
CPRO Connecticut Peer Review Organization, Inc.
) and Corange International Ltd. today announced that effective July July: see month.  31, 1995, the two companies have reached a definitive agreement to conclude their collaboration Working together on a project. See collaborative software.  entered into in December December: see month.  1993.

Under the new agreement, Corange is paying CellPro $30 million in exchange for certain rights of supply and one million newly issued shares of CellPro common stock. CellPro is supporting Corange in the development and commercialization of gene medicine for world-wide markets by supplying CellPro CEPRATE Ceprate® Oncology A product line that selectively removes cell lines–eg, stem cells from BM and peripheral blood before tumor-purging therapy, or removes T cells to ↓ GVHD in allograft recipients. Diagnostic and therapeutic rights in CellPro technology previously subject to the 1993 agreements are being returned to CellPro and such agreements are terminated.
