People for the American Way People For the American Way (PFAW) is a progressive advocacy organization in the United States. The current president of PFAW is Ralph Neas. , a nonprofit group that works to protect constitutional rights, has launched its annual online fund-raiser, Auction for the American Way The American way of life is an expression that refers to the "life style" of people living in the United States of America.
