CELEBRATIONS: Celebrating... your new arrivals.


CAITLIN Caitlin, also spelled in numerous other ways,[1] is a given name for a female. The name has an Irish origin. Caitlin was originally an Irish Gaelic form of Catherine.  

LITTLE Caitlin Mae Lapworth came into the lives of recently married Tara and Jason Lapworth and their two other children, Connor, six, and Courtney, two. Courtney likes to do her bit, being a little mum to the new arrival.

INTERVIEW WITH TARA

How did you decide on Caitlin's name?

My husband chose our son's name and I chose the girls'. I wanted something beginning with a 'C' as we have two other children and their names begin with that.

When was the Caitlin born?

May 15.

How much did Caitlin weigh at birth?

She was the heaviest of them all and weighed in at 8lb 7oz. She isn't really chubby chub·by

Is there anything in particular that she likes?

Yes, she loves her little teddy that rattles rattles

 and that makes her smile.

Who does Caitlin look like?

Her dad at the moment. She has dark hair like his, which sticks up.

JACK

STEVE and Sarah Bonell, of Nuneaton, would like to welcome their first bundle of joy into the world, Jack's mum Sarah says he looks like his dad with his big blue eyes and dark hair.

How did you choose Jack's name?

It is just something we have always liked.

When was he born?

June 21. He was five weeks early.

What does he like?

He likes music and he is a good baby, very contented.

Any other information or special stories?

Yes. I actually didn't know I was pregnant - it came as a pleasant surprise to us. We were due to get married on August 2 and Jack was due on July 31, so we rescheduled our wedding and were married in April.

 and Sarah Hinde would like to welcome their baby son into the world. Lewis Collins was born on January 14 and is a very happy and active baby. He is pictured here with his grandad Fred Collins.

How did you decide on Lewis's name?

His dad chose it. He wanted something different.

How much did the baby weigh?

8lb 2oz

What colour are the baby's eyes and hair?

He has sandy blond hair and blue eyes. He looks a bit like both of us.

Does he like anything in particular?
