CELEBRATIONS: Celebrating... at parties held in Coventry and Warwickshire.


REBECCA Taylor Rebecca Taylor (c. 1969–) is a New Zealand-born fashion designer based in New York, New York, U.S.. To Americans, she is probably the most famous New Zealand designer, with her label at US and European department stores. Her retail outlets include boutiques in Japan.  (left) and Bethany Morris (right) were at the AT7 Centre celebrating their fifth birthdays.

The two friends are in the same class at Whitley Abbey Primary School and both attend Mary Hulme Dancing School. Their birthdays are on the same day, July 11.

Bethany is an only child and Rebecca has a brother.

SHANNON Healy made her First Holy Communion at St Osburg's RC Church on June 22.

Shannon would like to thank Linda and Jackie who made her dress for the occasion.

She has two brothers, Michael and Thomas and one sister, Leah. She had 20 guests turn up for her day. Shannon would like to thank everyone for the gifts she received.

LUCY Minton had a fancy dress disco party at the Chicago Rock Cafe Chicago Rock Cafe is a chain of American style bar/diner restaurants in the UK. Inspired by the worldwide Hard Rock Cafe brand, it offers a combination of a themed dining experience with late night drinking and disco style entertainment. .

Lucy and her friends enjoyed a meal of pizza, chicken nuggets, beans and chips with drinks and desserts.

Among the fancy dress entrants were cartoon and Disney characters This is a currently incomplete list of Disney characters:

 and a little boy dressed as a doctor. Lucy, who lives in Binley Road, is now seven years old and attends Pearl Hyde Primary School.

PHILIP Twaite, of Cannon Park Cannon Park is a suburb in the south-west of the City of Coventry, West Midlands, England. It can be accessed via the major roads Kenpas Highway (A45) or Kenilworth Road. The area has a shopping centre of the same name which features food stores, shops and eateries. , celebrated his 18th birthday on Saturday, June 21, at the Old Coventrians Rugby Football Club.

There was a great turn-out which included his friends from college and school, a few Rugby mates and his girlfriend Emma Shuttleworth (pictured with him).

In the other picture he is pretending to drink from a huge bottle of vodka among a few bottles of wine which he can now enjoy.

He also got money. Philip's birthday was on June 23.

TYRELL Cummings was at the AT7 Centre celebrating his birthday on July 12.

The youngster, who was six, had 30 guests there including sister Naomi, brother Lewis, cousins, Lauren and Ashley, mum Sarah Williams Sarah Williams (1837 – 1868) was an American poet, the author of "The Old Astronomer to His Pupil".

A segment of her poem is used in the introduction to Ian Rankin's novel Set in Darkness.
 and dad Michael Cummings. Tyrell had presents of in-line skates and Power Rangers.

JENNIFER McAlpine had two reasons to celebrate on July 14. The teenager from Leamington Road, Coventry, celebrated both her 18th birthday and leaving school.

The former Bablake School pupil has just finished school after completing her A-levels. She has won a place to study at the medical school run by the University of Warwick In the 1960s and 1970s, Warwick had a reputation as a politically radical institution.[3] More recently, the University has been seen as a favoured institution of the British New Labour government.  and Leicester University.

Jennifer's leaving ball was held at the Village Hotel in Coventry and she was picked up along with her friends and boyfriend by a limousine.

Jennifer had a wonderful time and is now looking forward to studying to be a doctor.

ALEX Mayo's parents threw a party for him at the Midland Sports Centre.

The six-year-old from Kenilworth had 25 guests there including his seven cousins.

Alex also has a little sister Emily, who is three.

The children were bursting with energy and had lots of fun. They enjoyed the ball pit and swing outside the most. Among Alex's presents was a Thunderbirds Tracey Island and a remote controlled crane.
